盆は小宇宙である。 

世界から切り取った侵し難いエリアをつくる。

  

盆はステージである。 

盆はステージのようにそこに乗ったモノ達を特別なものにみる。 

    

盆はキャリアーである。 

料理を魅力的に載せたまま、調理場から食卓までを運ぶ事が出来る。 

    

盆に脚をつけると膳になる。食事のためのテーブルだ。 

    

盆は使わないときスタッキングできる。 

日本の優れた知恵。 

日本の優れた美意識である。 

    

盆は一人一人のテリトリーである。 

他者の侵入できない自分の食の領域。その人独特の食器を置き、 

 独自の料理を盛りつけても食卓の調和は崩れない。 

    

盆は多様性を飲み込む小さな宇宙である。

When using individual dishes and presenting food individually on the tray (Bon), the harmony of the whole table will remain. The tray (Bon) is a small cosmos that can contain a variety of things.
