盆は小宇宙である。
世界から切り取った侵し難いエリアをつくる。
盆はステージである。
盆はステージのようにそこに乗ったモノ達を特別なものにみる。
盆はキャリアーである。
料理を魅力的に載せたまま、調理場から食卓までを運ぶ事が出来る。
盆に脚をつけると膳になる。食事のためのテーブルだ。
盆は使わないときスタッキングできる。
日本の優れた知恵。
日本の優れた美意識である。
盆は一人一人のテリトリーである。
他者の侵入できない自分の食の領域。その人独特の食器を置き、
独自の料理を盛りつけても食卓の調和は崩れない。
盆は多様性を飲み込む小さな宇宙である。
The tray (Bon) is a small Cosmos.
The tray is personal territory cut out from the world.
The tray (Bon) is a stage.
The tray (Bon) lets things put on it appear special
like a stage.
The tray (Bon) is carrier. With the tray (Bon) one can carry food from the kitchen to the dining table in a charming way.
When feet are attached to the tray (Bon) it becomes a ZEN – a small personal dining table.
The tray (Bon) is stackable.
Japanese traditional wisdom.
Japanese traditional sense of beauty.
The tray (Bon) is one's personal territory.
A personal territory that other people cannot enter.
When using individual dishes and presenting food individually on the tray (Bon), the harmony of the whole table will remain. The tray (Bon) is a small cosmos that can contain a variety of things.
